Introduction

These Terms govern your use of AI Open Chatbot (the "Service"), operated by AI Open Chatbot. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

AI Open Chatbot provides access to AI-powered chat and AI image generation tools, built primarily on third-party AI models including OpenAI's models. Features and available models may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) are billed as described at checkout, processed securely through Stripe.
  • Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
  • Prices are subject to change with notice before your next renewal.

5. Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment on any plan. This applies only to your first payment; renewal charges and subsequent billing cycles are not eligible for refunds. Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, given the higher one-time cost. Refunds, where eligible, are issued for the amount paid minus any taxes collected at the time of purchase, which are remitted to the applicable tax authority and are non-refundable.

For refunds requested partway through a billing period, we may deduct a prorated amount reflecting the portion of the period during which you had access to the Service.

6. Unlimited Usage

All paid plans include unlimited usage of the chat and image generation features, meaning we do not cap the number of messages or images you can generate. This is a genuine feature of every plan.

To keep the Service reliable for everyone, we ask that you use it as intended, for your own personal or business use, and not through automated scripts, bots, or bulk requests designed to extract, resell, or overload the Service.

We reserve the right to review accounts showing usage patterns consistent with automated abuse or resale, and to take reasonable action, including throttling or suspending an account, if such abuse is confirmed. This does not change the unlimited nature of the plans for ordinary use; it exists solely to prevent misuse that would harm the Service for other users.

7. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to use the Service to:
  • Generate illegal content, or content that infringes on someone else's rights.
  • Generate content that is sexually exploitative of minors, promotes violence, or facilitates harassment.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying AI models.
  • Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Responses and images are generated by AI and may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.

9. Ownership of Generated Content

Subject to our AI provider's own usage terms, you own the outputs you generate through the Service for your own use, provided your use complies with these Terms and applicable law.

10. Third-Party AI Models

The Service is built using third-party AI models, including models provided by OpenAI. Your use of the Service is also subject to the acceptable use policies of these underlying providers. We may change, upgrade, or replace the underlying models at any time without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Open Chatbot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
