Overview & Principles
AI Open Chatbot ("we," "us," "our") provides an AI chat and AI image generation service. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it's handled.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and any other details you provide during sign-up.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details ourselves. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
Your Conversations and Generated Content
When you use the chat or image generator, your messages, uploaded files, and generated outputs are saved to your account so you can view them again later from your dashboard. This history is tied to your account and is not used by us for any purpose beyond letting you access it.
Usage and Device Information
Like most web services, we automatically collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, and general usage patterns, for security and service reliability purposes.
2. How Your Data Is Processed by Our AI Provider
To generate responses and images, your prompts, uploaded files, and requests are sent to our AI provider (currently built primarily on OpenAI's models) for processing. This is necessary for the Service to function.
We do not control how our AI provider secures data in transit and at rest on their end; their own terms and privacy practices apply to that processing.
We recommend you avoid entering highly sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health records) into any AI chat product, including ours.
3. What We Do Not Do With Your Data
We do not sell your personal information or conversation content to third parties.
We do not use your chats or generated images to train our own AI models.
We do not run advertising trackers inside the chat experience.
Your chat and image history exists solely so you can access it again from your own dashboard.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and chat/image history for as long as your account remains active. You can request deletion of your account and associated history at any time (see section 8).
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

7. Children's Privacy
AI Open Chatbot is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under this age. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Users
If you access AI Open Chatbot from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
